Fitting kits

• Gaskets & studs/nuts provided with most parts

Orders

• Order cut-off times are 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
• ** Friday has an early order cut-off time of 3:30pm **

Warranty

• New parts: 2 years standard warranty
• Service-exchange and remanufactured parts: 2 years warranty, with the first 12-months No Quibble Replacement Guarantee (limited to 1 FOC replacement per original sale)
• DPF Cleaning: 12-months No Quibble Replacement Guarantee (1 free re-clean within first 12 months)

Returns

• Stock units returned within 21 (calendar) days from the date of invoice have no handling fee
• Stock units returned after 21 (calendar) days are subject to a £50 handling fee.
• Returns of stock units are not accepted after 3 months from date of invoice
• Returns for parts that are ordered in or built on special order are not accepted at any time without prior written approval

Old core (surcharge) returns policy

• Core must be a complete unit, and not disassembled
• (units inspected for warranty are acceptable but must also be complete)
• Core should be OE housings and not a copy part
